Employees must report all changes in residents' condition, accidents, and suspected violations of privacy to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with personal functions such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting while ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the shift.
