Job Summary
The Water Plant Supervisor position oversees the daily operations of the Potable, Reclaimed, and Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) Water Treatment Facilities, responsible for leading, inspiring, and training Water System Operators (WSOs) to successfully operate the SCADA control system.
Essential duties include analyzing SCADA data and EAM records to improve operational efficiencies, managing shift schedules for 24/7 coverage, developing training materials, and creating/maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent experience
Four (4) years of relevant experience
Valid and unrestricted Arizona Class D Driver’s License
ADEQ Water Distribution Grade 3 certification
ADEQ Water Treatment Grade 3 certification
