Job Summary
The E2E Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Integration Lead is focused on tactical, operational, and process-oriented execution of the IBP process to ensure the End-to-End alignment of plans, improvements, process adherence, performance management, and scenario coordination for executive decision-making.
A key accountability will be owning the E2E inventory performance, planning, and improvement for all nodes from plasma/API and raw materials to finished product.
In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Sciences
APICS CPIM/CSCP, IBF, or similar certification
Minimum 8 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning/Management
Minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP (S/4 HANA)
Minimum 5 years’ experience with advanced planning tool
