The Human Resource Partner functions as the primary interface between Human Resources and operational units of the organization.
Provides consultation and collaboration on a wide variety of human resources issues, providing feedback and linkage to the central Human Resource office.
Acts as liaison to other human resource functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, service center, compliance and staff development.
