Job Summary

  • Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and requirements inventory management.
  • Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
  • Provides timely reports to support Customers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, covering forecasts, shipment plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.

  • Ability to read and interpret contracts and specification sheets
