Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order processes, serving as the first point of contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and requirements inventory management.
Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, and participating in Sales/Operations meetings to reconcile inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Provides timely reports to support Customers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, covering forecasts, shipment plans, sales, OTD, safety stock levels, and product history.

Key Requirements

Ability to read and interpret contracts and specification sheets
