Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years UX or interaction design experience
2+ years designing AI-powered product experiences
Expertise in conversational and multi-turn flow design
Experience with Figma and modern prototyping tools
Strong background in Design Systems and pattern scaling
Nice-to-have
Proficiency with generative AI tooling like Lovable or Cursor
Experience writing prompts and refining sample dialogs
Knowledge of A2UI core design system patterns
Background in content design or UX writing
Ability to influence senior leadership on strategy
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent practical experience
Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and agent-based interaction design
Understanding of enterprise software environments and LLM constraints
