Job Summary

• The Assistant General Counsel will provide critical legal and regulatory support, primarily concerning transactional, legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for AIG Mexico and LAC.
• Specific duties include negotiating, drafting, and reviewing insurance policies, contracts, and other ancillary documents, as well as interacting with regulators and developing internal training.
