Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience

  • Good understanding of Capital Plan creation and management
  • Proficiency in PDS technology
  • Strong working knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling
