  • Experience with eDMS and/or QMS in regulated industries
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system validation
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like OpenText, Veeva Vault, MasterControl, or TrackWise
  • Experience managing vendors and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
