Job Summary
As Wine Sommelier it will be your responsibility to direct and ensure the implementation and execution of policies and procedures as they relate to wine sales.
You will create new opportunities to maximize and generate extra revenue, recommend measures to control/reduce costs, and ensure that the operational budgets are strictly adhered to.
You will be responsible for exceeding guest satisfaction, standards and ratings for the wine service in the property, and personally make recommendations, serve VIP’s, and handle guest questions or concerns.
