Job Summary

  • As a Manager, Outside Account Management, you will own the performance, development, and execution of a regional team of Strategic Partner Managers responsible for growing and retaining DoorDash’s most important local merchant relationships.
  • You will play a central role in shaping how we partner with merchants in your region — driving sustainable growth, improving merchant satisfaction, and ensuring our teams execute consistently against regional and company-wide priorities.
  • This role requires traveling within your region (~2-4 times per quarter) to support your team and merchant partners, with additional time working remotely or from a DoorDash office.

  • Willingness and ability to travel within the region
