Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and monitoring vital signs.
The role requires strict adherence to confidentiality laws regarding protected health information and immediate reporting of any suspected abuse or unauthorized disclosures.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs including TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
Follow infection control and safety protocols
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Ability to work PRN and all shifts
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license
