Must-have
Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or related field
Extensive experience in biologics analysis techniques
Experience with process and impurity residual assay development
Strong background in analytical control strategy development
Ability to design release characterization and stability assays

Understanding of protein degradation mechanisms
Experience with complex glycan analysis
Established scientific reputation with publications
Strong external network for benchmarking

Key Requirements
Ph.D. with minimum 8 years pharmaceutical industry experience
