Job Summary

  • The International Rescue Committee (IRC) responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster.
  • The Case Management Officer for Gender-Based Violence (GBV) is responsible for direct case management, individual counseling, and group psychosocial activities through safe spaces for GBV survivors.
  • All IRC staff must adhere to the IRC Way - Standards for Professional Conduct, including integrity, service, and accountability, and policies on safeguarding, conflicts of interest, fiscal integrity, and reporting wrongdoing.
