As a member of the Customer Contact Center, this position is accountable for delivering best-in-class customer service via telephone and electronic channels in a fast-paced, goal driven, multi-media contact center.

The first five weeks consists of onsite training in Rosemont, which will be Monday - Friday from 8:30am-5pm Central, followed by the evening shift of 11:30am-8pm Monday through Friday and every other Saturday.
