Key Requirements

  • 7+ years facility-related work experience
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of maintenance processes
  • Exposure to HVAC, fluid handling, mechanical, welding, and electrical systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMMS systems
  • Associate's Degree in Engineering discipline (preferred)
  • Universal Technician certification for CFC's (preferred)
  • Operating Engineers license (SMA) or equivalent (preferred)
