Job Summary
The Senior Compensation Analyst provides analytical expertise for the planning, design, development, and administration of employee compensation and total rewards programs across the organization.
The incumbent collaborates with HR partners, business leaders, and team members in the overall delivery of key compensation initiatives and is responsible for guiding compensation decisions to ensure they are market competitive and internally equitable.
