Job Summary
Metropolis is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Program Management to support our next phase of growth by executing a large-scale Oracle ERP and Workday HCM systems implementation and transformation.
You will build and operate the PMO from the ground up, owning the master program timeline, enforcing change control, and leading cross-functional status meetings.
This is a high-visibility role for a seasoned professional who can design frameworks from scratch, lead difficult conversations, and drive delivery excellence across time zones.
