The ideal candidate should have solid sales, customer service, and supervisory experience, along with a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals

Job Summary

  • Lead, coach, and train the Sales team to create a fun atmosphere, be great hosts, and be the hub for information for our members, guests, and staff.
  • Ensure sales targets are met, particularly during weekends or when the General Manager is not present, by leading the team and driving sales initiatives.
