Job Summary

  • The Afterhours Registered Nurse will primarily conduct afterhours home visits and provide care to patients, as delegated by the Phone Triage Nurse.
  • TRU Community Care provides a continuum of care through TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, TRU Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care.
