  • 3D FEM Modeling using Altair HyperWorks
  • Analyzing powertrain components for loads, stresses, and Lifetime
  • Calculating housings and transmission components for hybrid and electric powertrain designs
  • Preprocessing geometry in Altair HyperMesh/SimLab
  • Defining boundary conditions and performing Postprocessing
  • Creating reports according to Magna Powertrain specifications

Key Requirements

  • 3-10 years of professional experience in CAE simulations
  • Advanced knowledge of transmission systems working principles
  • Advanced knowledge of SimLab, HyperMesh, Abaqus and FEMFAT
  • Advanced knowledge of Finite Element Methods and modeling
  • Basic Knowledge of CATIA V5 Software
