Job Summary

  • This position will assume the responsibility of defining clinical flow team to achieve sales and financial targets in accordance with the company’s strategic goals, and full responsible for P&L and business operation compliance.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for clinical flow business, lead team to achieve clinical flow sales and other financial objectives.
  • Build up effective sales organization, motivate and develop a professional sales force, continuously improve sales effectiveness.

Key Requirements
