Must-have
Extensive experience managing employee relations
Solid knowledge of European labour laws
Experience with Works Council relationships
Proven track record in complex investigations
Ability to manage multi-country ER matters
Nice-to-have
Multilingual preferred including another European language
Strong presentation and training skills
Experience with ER case management solutions
Deep cultural awareness of EMEA labour landscapes
Data analytics experience for strategy insights
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
CIPD qualification preferred
Extensive experience in France, Germany, and Netherlands markets
Experience managing interactions with Trade Unions and government bodies
