Job Summary
The Training Program Specialist collaborates closely with production supervisors, managers, and cross-functional partners to coordinate all Job Instruction (JI) training activities for new and existing team members.
This role ensures that all training follows the approved JI methodology, supports the creation and maintenance of Job Instruction Breakdown Sheets (JIBS), and provides ongoing coaching to maintain training quality.
The Training Program Specialist also collects and reports training data to measure training program effectiveness.
