  • The Director of Business Execution owns planning, prioritization, and follow-through for Midwest Bus Sales, translating strategy into clear initiatives and driving cross-functional execution.
  • This role exists to make sure the right priorities actually get done with clear owners, momentum, and visibility, including designing and running the weekly and monthly execution rhythm for MBS growth.
  • Success looks like MBS delivering on its 3–5 year strategy and growth targets, with leaders spending less time chasing updates and more time making decisions.
