Job Summary

• Complete nutritional reviews on residents according to federal and state guidelines and coordinate nutrition care services with the Dietary Supervisor.
• Assess nutritional needs, develop dietary care plans, and provide nutritional counseling, while monitoring food services for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Consult with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine resident diet restrictions and nutritional needs, and inspect diet trays for accuracy.
