This position will support both our Baltimore, MD and Mechanicsburg, PA operations, but will work an in-office schedule out of the Baltimore branch.
As our Collections Associate, you will perform a variety of credit collection tasks related to our branch operations including initial contact with customer, request action/follow-up appropriately, and record disputes.
