Full spectrum of QS duties from pre- to post-contract: Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and progress claims Manage project budgets, cost control, and cash flow Handle variations, VO claims, and final accounts Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation Oversee both landed houses, apartments, and commercial projects Requirements Minimum 3 years QS experience in Singapore Proven experience in landed residential projects (not limited to apartments) Exposure to commercial projects preferred Strong ability to prioritise work and manage multiple projects Able to perform under pressure and manage stress effectively Meticulous, organised, and detail-oriented • Good communication and coordination skills
