Job Summary

  • Effectively manage resources (people, equipment & processes etc) with the objective of producing the required quality and quantity of Utilities (Steam, Power, Compressed air and Demineralised water).
  • Coach, mentor, and monitor team members’ performance against goals and position profiles, ensuring on-the-job and off-the-job training activities are completed.
