Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Valid driver's license required
Shift work and on-call availability
25-50% domestic and international travel
Troubleshooting complex electromechanical systems
Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline
Nice-to-have
Experience in EPI, CVD, PECVD, or ALD processes
Strong positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
Ability to mentor lower level FSEs
Knowledge of structured problem solving techniques
Key Requirements
8+ years technical experience in Semiconductor or Capital Equipment
Bachelor Degree or above in an Engineering discipline
Basic troubleshooting techniques for microprocessor controlled systems
Clear English and Mandarin verbal and written communications
