Job Summary

  • This individual contributor role supports Operations by working directly with SME/POC to understand Key Processes (Activity) and determine appropriate control set up to meet Minimum Control Design Requirements (MCDR).
  • Individual will work across Credit, Collections or Recovery (CCR) to ensure proper understanding of process and document new or revised controls.
  • Individuals will be responsible for building controls related to projects or Issues (CAPs) and will need to work independently within the project team or Issue timeline & ensure no delays in meeting target dates.
