Base: $107,630 - $130,419; Bonus/Equity: Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities available; Benefits: Health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and wellbeing support programs

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 4-5 years of lab compliance or bioanalysis experience
RQAP-GLP, ASQ CQA, or other recognized compliance certifications preferred
