  • Union relations and labor negotiation
  • Budget management P&L analysis
  • Safety culture implementation audits

Nice-to-have

  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  • APICS CPIM certification
  • NEBOSH safety certification equivalent
  • MBA or Master's in Supply Chain
  • Dutch language upper intermediate level
  • Experience with automation projects

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
  • Master's degree or MBA desirable
  • Fluent French (C1-C2) and English (C1)
  • Upper intermediate Dutch (B2)
  • Availability for weekends and shifts
