Job Summary

  • You will be responsible to expand and manage operations for a new delivery channel, people and performance management and driving the operational plan.
  • Be data driven, develop and report performance metrics, executive updates, forecasting, budgeting and analysis to identify potential opportunities for improving Customer Experience.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve partners escalations, including internal teams like Program POC, DS Manager, DS Team Leaders, Fleet Supervisor, Procurement, Payment Team, and Learning Ambassador.
