Job Summary

  • The Team Lead has overall responsibility for the creation and quality of all HR management information including recurring metrics, KPIs, board packs, and ad hoc analysis.
  • They will manage and develop a small team of HR MI Analysts to improve processes and increase the speed, reliability, and quantity of reports produced.
  • The role involves close collaboration with the Chief People Officer and ELT members and ownership of HR data to ensure reliability and safe data sharing.
