Job Summary
The Team Lead has overall responsibility for the creation and quality of all HR management information including recurring metrics, KPIs, board packs, and ad hoc analysis.
They will manage and develop a small team of HR MI Analysts to improve processes and increase the speed, reliability, and quantity of reports produced.
The role involves close collaboration with the Chief People Officer and ELT members and ownership of HR data to ensure reliability and safe data sharing.

Advanced Workday report-writing skills
Managing and developing reporting team
Strong understanding of Workday data model
Experience with Discovery Boards and scheduled reports
Workday HR functional area expertise
Nice-to-have
Experience with PowerBI reporting tools
Familiarity with curated data sources and business views
Knowledge of Workday eco-system and releases
Strong prioritisation and planning skills
