Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Essential duties include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ALDs), meals, personal care, and ensuring their rooms are prepared and comfortable.
This position requires reporting all changes in residents' conditions, accidents, and incidents to supervisors promptly, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
