Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years financial counseling experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Fluent English required; bilingual English and Spanish if contract requires
  • Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) certification
  • Pass Tier 2 investigation and OCI process
