Job Summary

• The role is responsible for developing and implementing plans for current and future subcontractor needs based on project demands and forecasts, monitoring available headcounts and capacity to ensure adequate resource allocation and avoid project delays.
• You will be designing, developing and maintaining project plans plus monitoring and reporting project progress against plans, proactively highlighting resource and time challenges in meeting project requirements.
• The role is involved all the way from tender phase (supporting sales team) to project execution and close out (supporting project team), ensuring compliance with local Saudi Arabian government requirements.
