  • Responsibilities include completing work orders, conducting inspections, preparing vacant apartments, managing inventory, maintaining documentation, assisting in grounds upkeep, supporting cost-cutting efforts, and participating in safety protocols.
  • This position will participate in a rotating on-call schedule, requiring weekend, evening, and morning availability.
