  • Develop, implement, and maintain industrial relations policies and procedures in line with national labor laws and company objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and other industrial relations matters, facilitating resolutions.
  • Represent the company in negotiations with labor unions and employee representatives, including collective bargaining agreement (CBA) discussions.
