Job Summary
As an Engagement Manager in our Higher Education practice, you will be the key player on a team that guides customers through the deployment lifecycle, solution delivery, and issue management by partnering with Workday Delivery leadership, consultants, and resource management.
The Engagement Manager will also be tasked with managing to the agreed upon budget and delivering the project profitably.

Salary
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $122,800 USD - $184,200 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $116,600 USD - $207,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

6+ years project managing ERP solutions
6+ years prior consulting experience
6+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Ellucian
4+ years working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS
8+ years project managing ERP solutions (P5)
8+ years prior consulting experience (P5)
6+ years working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS (P5)
