Job Summary

• Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under direct nurse supervision in compliance with regulations.
• Responsible for patient treatment including vascular access evaluation, dialysis initiation and discontinuation, monitoring patient response, and documentation.
• Supports infection control, continuous quality improvement, staff training, and transitional care to enhance patient outcomes and organizational quality goals.
