Job Summary

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Staff Scientist in a biology lab running a research portfolio within the Kummer lab at WashU Medicine.
  • We are a neuroscience laboratory focused on applying cutting-edge techniques to understand the mechanisms of acute brain injury, especially traumatic brain injury (TBI), and its connections to Alzheimer's disease (AD), Parkinson's disease and other forms of neurodegeneration.
  • WashU provides eligible employees with a defined contribution (403(b)) Retirement Savings Plan, which combines employee contributions and university contributions starting at 7%.
