Kalispell Assisted Living is seeking a full-time RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing operations in accordance with regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a BSN, supervisory experience, and a passion for delivering quality care in a long-term care setting

Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of the RN Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
  • Essential duties include coordinating and participating in resident care, managing and administering IVs, and supervising, instructing, and assisting LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses, and CNAs.
  • The role requires participation in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility’s quality assurance program for the nursing department.
