Job Summary

  • This role supports the Patriot portfolio by ensuring effective implementation of Quality and Mission Assurance requirements across design, production, and sustainment phases.
  • The Senior Patriot Program Quality Lead will interface with US Government Customers, Foreign Customers, Suppliers, and internal teams to resolve quality risks and drive strategic improvements.

Must-have

  • ISO 9001 or AS9100 experience
  • Earned Value Management System knowledge
  • Root cause corrective action management

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma or Lean certification
  • EVMS certification preferred
  • Integrated Product Development experience
  • Strong stakeholder influence skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 10 years engineering experience
  • Must maintain active U.S. security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship mandatory
  • Experience with Cost Accounting Methodologies
