As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and general upkeep and repair of Carl Zeiss MultiSEM systems installed at customer sites.
You will diagnose and resolve complex issues with MultiSEM systems and related equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and uptime, while also engaging with customers to provide excellent service and training.
The role involves detailed recording of tool operations, repairs, and daily activities in service reports, as well as planning preventive maintenance, adjustments, and repairs, including necessary cleaning and parts replacement.
