Job Summary
The Staff Nurse (RN) is responsible for operating within scope of practice to coordinate care delivery interventions for approximately 25 residents in assigned area.
Assists in completing the initial and ongoing nursing assessments needed to plan care and interventions, and makes resident rounds to ensure care delivery meets quality standards.
Oversees the proper execution of various medical procedures and ensures dietary recommendations are maintained, monitoring resident weights and assessing for nutritional problems.

Key Requirements

CPR certified
Familiarity with WiFis, pagers, point click care, computer, sit to stand, hoyer, gait belt
