Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5+ years as Estimator or Cost Manager
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
  • Expertise in AACE level 1-5 cost evaluations
  • Strong knowledge of architectural drawings
  • Ability to lead project teams and clients

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Cost-X or On-Screen Takeoff software
  • Professional certification in project management (AACE, RICS)
  • Intermediate to Expert Excel and Smartsheet skills
  • Understanding of MEPFS building systems
  • Familiarity with procurement and tendering processes
