Must-have
3-5 years project management experience
Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SIFA) certification
German labor safety law knowledge
Stakeholder management with internal departments
Hazard assessment execution and documentation
Nice-to-have
International company experience preferred
IPMA, PMI, or Prince2 certification
Strong English communication skills

Key Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
Valid SIFA qualification required
Certification in IPMA, PMI, or Prince2 is a plus
