Job Summary
You will lead the Engineering & Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Everyday Business Banking on its mission to enable and accelerate engineering excellence across the domain.
The CoE’s mandate is twofold: Ensure squads have effective, scalable cloud and environment foundations and continuously embed and scale enterprise engineering practices, tooling, and capability across EBB.
Attract, retain, and develop high-calibre engineering talent, fostering a culture of psychological safety, autonomy, ownership, and continuous improvement.
